At Camp Acorn, we focus on helping children build trust and resilience, make connections, and reach their full potential, all while having fun!
Our trained staff build relationships with every child that walks through the door, understand that every individual has a different experience, and work together to create an environment where children feel safe, heard, and empowered to make choices through a variety of activities and group supports including:
- Outdoor adventure activities such as rock climbing, nature walks and team building exercises
- Creative arts such as music, drama and visual arts, which provide an outlet for self-expression and self-discovery
- Mindfulness and relaxation practices such as yoga and meditation
At camp Acorn, our goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where campers can build trust and resilience, make connections, and reach their full potential.
